    Act as the link between company leadership and the IT department at a fast-paced, agile sports-tech startup — gathering and translating business requirements from stakeholders into actionable scope for engineering, and reporting project status and data-driven KPIs back to management to support decision-making. Originally joined as Project Manager overseeing the CRM system and Handball platform; grew the role into consolidating scope and priorities across multiple concurrent projects, using hands-on SQL/Python analysis — accelerated with Claude for query writing and script development — to keep both sides — business and technical — aligned.

  2. IT Project Manager (Contract)

    Continued as project manager on a contract basis following Hudl's acquisition of Instat, becoming the sole PM for all legacy Instat products as the team scaled down. Owned production processes and marketing campaigns, and participated in weekly product, QA, and stakeholder meetings. Delivered new features, streamlined workflows, and integrated new tracking systems to meet Hudl's product standards. Also managed the shutdown of retired projects — a first for this role.
